Manozi Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through Manozi (“Platform”).

1. General Overview

• • • Manozi acts as a booking platform connecting customers with independent vendors. Each vendor sets their own cancellation terms. Please review the vendor’s cancellation policy before booking.

2. Customer Cancellation

• • • Customers may cancel bookings according to the specific cancellation policy of the vendor.
    • To cancel, contact the vendor directly using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation or reach out to Manozi support for assistance.
    • Refunds for cancellations are subject to the vendor’s policy.

3. Vendor Cancellation

• • • If a vendor cancels a booking, the customer will be notified promptly.
    • In the event of vendor cancellation, customers will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule, as applicable.

4. No-Show Policy

• • • If a customer does not show up for a confirmed booking without prior cancellation, the booking fee may be forfeited in accordance with the vendor’s policy.

5. Changes to Bookings

• • • Changes or rescheduling requests should be made directly with the vendor.
    • Approval of changes is at the vendor’s discretion.

6. Platform Fees

• • • Manozi service fees or commissions are generally non-refundable, except in cases of vendor cancellation or platform errors.
