Manozi Vendor Agreement Policy

Effective Date: 02 June 2025

This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between Manozi (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“Vendor”, “you”) regarding your use of the Manozi platform to offer services.

By registering as a Vendor, you agree to the terms below:

1. Vendor Eligibility

• • • You must be legally authorized to provide the services you list.
    • You must comply with all applicable laws, permits, and regulations.

2. Onboarding Steps

To become a Vendor on Manozi, you must complete the following:

1. 1. 1. Registration: Submit your application with accurate business details via our vendor sign-up form.
      2. Verification: Provide necessary licenses, certifications, or permits as applicable.
      3. Agreement: Review and accept this Vendor Agreement.
      4. Profile Setup: Upload service descriptions, pricing, availability, and images.
      5. Approval: Manozi will review and approve your profile before your services go live.
      6. Training (Optional): Attend onboarding webinars or receive guides about best practices.

3. Commission Rates and Payments

• • • Manozi charges a commission of 12.5% on the gross booking amount (excluding taxes and fees).
    • Commissions are deducted automatically before vendor payouts.
    • Vendor payouts occur on a bi-weekly basis via bank transfer.
    • Vendors are responsible for all taxes related to their earnings.

4. Service Listings and Management

• • • Vendors must maintain accurate, up-to-date listings.
    • Vendors must respond to booking requests within 24 hours depending on the urgency and immediacy of the customer inquiry as well as the stipulated time on the vendor’s terms and policies.
    • Vendors are responsible for fulfilling bookings professionally and on time.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• • • Vendors must provide clear cancellation and refund policies in their listings.
    • Vendors should notify customers and Manozi promptly of any cancellations.
    • Manozi reserves the right to intervene in disputes involving cancellations.

6. Dispute Resolution

• • • In the event of a dispute between a Vendor and a Customer, Manozi encourages direct resolution.
    • If unresolved, either party may escalate the issue to Manozi Support within 21 days of the incident.
    • Manozi will review evidence from both parties and facilitate mediation.
    • Decisions made by Manozi are final but do not create an agency relationship or liability for the Platform regarding services delivered.

7. Vendor Conduct

• • • Vendors agree to provide services professionally, safely, and ethically.
    • Vendors must maintain valid insurance and licenses when required.
    • Fraudulent, illegal, or unethical conduct is grounds for account suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

• • • Vendors grant Manozi a non-exclusive license to display their listings.
    • Vendors affirm that their content does not infringe third-party rights.

9. Termination

• • • Manozi may suspend or terminate Vendor accounts for policy violations.
    • Vendors may terminate their account by providing 60 days written notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

• • • Manozi provides the platform only and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of Vendor services.

11. Governing Law

• • • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
